These irons are as good as anything on the market. Being able to mix and match with the Acer pros is a plus, but if you hit the ball consistently solid you'll love the feel of the tour blade

Great feeling shaft that feels soft and long. It plays soft for a stiff flex so consider this when you select. The R flex version is a 5.5 flex and plays like a firmer regular flex. Consider this when you purchase.
You can really feel the kick with this shaft.
Ball flight is medium to medium high.

Advantages: Great distance shaft
Very well suited to smooth swingers with an easy to moderate transition.

Disadvantages: Would not suit an aggressive swingers or someone with a short swing.

Advantages: Prior setup, Driver Head SMT Db Plus 8*, Accuflex Assassin II, average carry 230yds; now average 245-255yds same head.

I have purchased several Callaway driver shaft adapters and have had no issues whatsoever with them.

Advantages: fair price and they fit well.

It's a well-built attractive club, easy to hit.

Advantages: Easy to hit, just make sure you don't overswing or swing too hard. Ball goes straight. Clubface seems ever-so closed but I already hit a natural draw. If you tend to slice it should help correct that.

Disadvantages: It won't go as far as your driver, maybe not even as far as your 3-wood. It's better for accuracy and for hitting fewer off-line shots.

I could not be MORE pleased. I purchased this head and had the Syntec Accuforce 70 R/S shaft coupled with it. I was on a search for the better part of a year to replace my old driver that cracked (what I thought to be the best driver I'd ever had). I have already shared with 3 friends who have purchased other golf equipment from Monark Golf....I'm not kidding when I say that they wanted to know where I got my driver after they saw it perform. I just ordered a set of BMT Heater Irons from here as well. I am SOLD!

Gained about 15 yds off the tee over my old driver. Well made and will buy again from Monark golf.

Just put together the 5 and 7 woods. Excellent quality, sound and feel. Wanted something with a little more distance than my hybrids. Will probably order the 9 wood in the near future as well. Only complaint is the groves on bottom are hard to keep clean.

I built hybrids for a customer who was not hitting his current big name brand hybrids very well. He liked the look of the blue angels hybrid heads and ordered a couple. I built them using the I-drive hybrid shafts with Winn Sri tac lite midsize grips. He is hitting them great and loves them. He has no complaints except sating he should have gotten them a long time ago.

Advantages: They play as good as they look.

Put my first Acer Velocity 45 shaft on my driver last year. Have since put them on all my woods and hybrids. Really like the distance and feel.
